I’m sorry, but I don’t understand your question. If you have a Homestead account and are having difficulty using it try logging in to your account at http://www.homestead.com and click on Help to submit a help ticket. I will try to help you if you can explain a bit more about what your problem is.

Log in to your Homestead Account and on the Welcome page scroll down to the section titled Enhance Your Site or Store. Under that click on Choose A Different Website Design. This will take you to all the available templates.

If you want more bells and whistles and the ability to design your own site then click on Advanced in the left hand side menu. On the page that opens choose Launch SiteBuilder. This will download the program to your computer.

For additional help with using SiteBuilder visit the Homestead Connection Forum – http://www.readybb.com/homesteadconnection
Also the Homestead Connection site has good info and tutorials on using SiteBulder. http://www.homesteadconnection.com
